1st Annual Stitchers Thanksgiving Stitch In - Saturday November 11, 2023.
Summer is nearly over, and I'm sure many of us are ready to welcome Fall to beat this heat. We are so excited to be hosting our First Annual Stitchers Thanksgiving.
What is the First Annual Stitchers Thanksgiving? This is a wonderful day of stitching, punching, rug hooking, needle craft day filled with fun, laughs, sharing projects & inspiration, shopping with talented vendors, a Finished Project show and contest, food, door prizes and a shop full of goodies & more.
This event will be held at our shop located at 209 E Rush Street. Brookneal VA. 24528.
PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW ON REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT.
This is an In Person event.
The Menu:
Lunch Option A: BLT - Fresh crispy bacon, lettuce and sliced ripe tomatoes. On your choice of bread with mayo
Lunch Option B: Pulled Chicken Wrap - Hand pulled chicken with cheese, lettuce and tomato. Your choice of dressing (Honey Mustard, 1000 Island, Ranch, Oil & Vinegar, Raspberry Vinaigrette) Please list your dressing choice in the Dressing Choice Field when registering.
Lunch Option C: Sassy Gobbler - Turkey, bacon, cranberry chutney, red onion, lettuce, tomato and spicy mustard on white/wheat. Please list your bread choice in the Bread Choice Field when registering.
Lunch Option D: Garden Salad - Lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, cucumber, croutons and cheese. Served with crackers and your choice of dressing (Honey Mustard, 1000 Island, Ranch, Oil & Vinegar, Raspberry Vinaigrette) - Please list your dressing choice in the Dressing Choice Field when registering.
Dessert: Yummy & Delicious desserts will be provided after lunch.
After you purchase, we will send an email to you with local information and hotel information in the event you are traveling from a distance. We will send these out within a week of you placing your order to attend. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive this email after 5 days.
During Check Out: Be sure to select Shipping Option as Pick Up In Store.

The nearest hotel is in Appomatox Virignia. Just a 30 minute drive from Brookneal Va.

You do not need to bring your email confirmation as a "ticket". When you arrive, just simply check in at the name tag table on the day of the event.

The Finished Projects Show & Contest
You are not required to participate, however if you'd like to bring a Fully Finished Cross Stitch, Punch Needle, Hooked Rug or Needle Craft to "Show & Tell" you are more than welcome. Each piece that is shown will be entered for prizes.
If you choose to participate in the Show and & Tell Contest you will receive a tag that we ask you to attach to your finished project submission. This is the time to show of your amazing talent.
Voters choice will be announce at 3:00 pm.
Attenance space is limited.
